Guest Speaker: Cindy Miranda, Senior Vice President – Enterprise Operations Technologies
Bio:
Cindy Miranda currently works within Synchrony’s SVP Enterprise Operations Technologies department. Her responsibilities include leading a global team in platforms, applications, and Agent use cases to optimize the efficacy of Synchrony’s Servicing channels. Additionally, Cindy works to foster technical and cultural change by leading efforts to transform the organization and platforms to Agile, Machine Learning, and Cloud-based strategies. Cindy is also the Hispanic+ Network Leader, a Synchrony Resource Group dedicated to promoting Hispanic/Latino talent within the organization. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Fordham University in 1993.
