Guest Speaker: Roshelle Rodriguez, Brand Director – P&G LearningWorks

Bio:

Roshelle Rodriguez currently serves as the Brand Director for Global Always/Tampax Ventures and Start-Up Capabilities at Procter & Gamble. Roshelle has an enriched history with the company and has been there for 16+ years now! After she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from U of I in 2005, she joined P&G as an R&D Manager specific to North America’s Tide Products Research. Since then, Roshelle has held a variety of roles with P&G and began her role as Brand Director in July 2020. Roshelle is also a Class IX T&M Alum!

Guest Speaker: Ashley Ewing, Brand Director

Bio:

Ashley Ewing currently serves as the Brand Director for Global Crest and Oral-B Toothpaste at Procter & Gamble. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Material Science Engineering from U of I in 2007 and an MBA in Marketing and General Management from University of Michigan in 2012. While completing her MBA, Ashley took on her first role at P&G as a Summer Marketing Intern for Venus. She worked as Assistant Brand Manager to Venus Global Products and North America’s Gillette division before earning her first Brand Manager position in March 2017 for Gillette.

Guest Speaker: Mark Hafter, Senior Manager

Bio:

Mark Hafter is a Senior Manager for P&G’s Technical Support Group and is a Global Equipment Area Owner. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from U of I in 2017. Mark’s journey with Procter & Gamble began with his first internship with the company in 2015 where he served as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern. After returning for a second internship in 2017, Mark began working full-time with P&G in January of 2018. Mark enjoys challenging and meaningful work and lives by a code of integrity, professionalism, and dedication. Mark is also a Class XXI T&M Alum!
