Executives discuss challenges they confront and approaches taken in the execution of their leadership roles. The format of the class encourages dialogue and discussions between executives and students.

Students are provided the opportunity to begin building their professional brand and networking skills through a series of professional development activities including conducting an informational interview, preparing a brief and debrief, serving on the host team for and attending a professional networking lunch with one of the guest speakers.
